PRESS | La Nación | Eduardo Costantini’s son Edo brought his large family together for a spectacular art exhibition in New York: all the photos

Having settled a decade ago on the outskirts of New York, where he and his wife, the artist Delfina Braun , form a super-powerful creative duo, they have just made public their latest collaboration: as part of the city’s Art Week, the Praxis gallery organized an exclusive event in which Delfina presented “Opium Whispers,” an exhibition that reveals her fascination with the healing power of plants, flowers, and fungi through a series of black-and-white drawings. The exhibition includes a central installation with her first sculptures (life-size bronze flowers from an opium field), and Edo was in charge of designing the musical setting inspired by the natural frequencies of the flowers.

Curated by Manuela Hansen , this interdisciplinary exhibition – open to the public until November 9 – also features the collaboration of architect Delfina Muniz Barreto (daughter of Soledad Costantini and niece of Edo) and her three-dimensional sculptures. As expected, several members of the extended Costantini family, friends and collectors flew in especially to accompany the arty trio on such a special day.
