My artwork centers on the theme of home. Depicted through painting, collage, digital arts, and installation, my pieces commemorate my homes and those of my community. I am specifically interested in the experiences of the Puerto Rican diaspora. The works provide a personalized and collective account of NYC apartment interiors and aim to extend the life and memory of such Latinx spaces. Bold colors, Caribbean influences, and abstracted elements collectively embody an amalgamated Nuyorican home, narrating my personal connections and honoring the endurance and creativity of my community.
