Agustina Chaufan

Agustina Chaufan was born in 1992, in Buenos Aires (Argentina). She completed a Master’s Degree in Research in Art and Creation at the Complutense University of Madrid between 2021 and 2022. She also did a work clinic with Carolina Antoniadis, María Carolina Baulo, Pablo Sinaí and Federico de la Puente. She participated in the Experimental Drawing and Collage to Canvas courses at University of the Arts London (2018), in the Writing Workshop on one’s own work of art taught by Laura Casanovas (2020) and in the Lazarillo clinic coordinated by Eugenia Amodio and Joaquin Carbajales (Madrid, 2024). She was selected in the 17th UADE National Visual Arts Contest, (2022, Buenos Aires) and in the Argentine Prize for Visual Arts of the OSDE Foundation (2021). Her solo shows include Conjuro (Praxis, Buenos Aires, 2024) and Tempestades (Museo del Agua del Palacio de las Aguas Corrientes, Buenos Aires, 2022).
