“How to account for what happens every day and what happens again? Seeing the everyday, the nearby landscape, that which we do not question because we live it without perceiving it and it remains in the background. Another day, other shadows, brings the gaze closer to certain minimal forms that are accentuated at the sight of a walk, at the moment in which they are interwoven, at the thought in the air. Walking, drawing and writing have a similarity, a certain state of introspection, meditative and parallel time. The lines drawn with a brush allow us to think about what it announces and is not yet. Geography becomes strange in a world where things reveal/rebel and acquire a new meaning or simply realize their presence, as a record of time barely hinted at. Familiarity and strangeness come together in a moving, organic and fickle universe, asking us again about how to place ourselves in that place”
