In my work, an approach to form and space through perspective is frequent. Geometry is a construction method and is the connection between the architectural and the enigmatic in my painting. I work with forms that refer to stripped-down architectural spaces and that suggest the idea of a portal, as if it were a passage to a space-time different from our own.
I think of an architectural concept, of a construction that allows me to enter into
Other worlds. Then something emerges, as if different mysteries wanted to reveal themselves: what lies beyond?
Through geometry I propose shapes and depths, unknowns and multiple meanings that can extend beyond the perception of the eye. The planes open spaces where you can move and float.
Can mysticism also be achieved through painting? Images of the inner world and the outer world establish connections. Immersed in enigmatic perspectives, in symmetrical and open designs, something crosses the rigid limits of straight lines. Transport yourself towards the illusion of finding possible and true answers.
